When you join our team at The Social Justice School, you become a part of a highly qualified staff whose beliefs and experience align with our mission, vision, and philosophy. We are looking to recruit a diverse team that is willing to co-create an engaging learning experience for students that is rooted in social justice. Together, we define social justice as a designed response to systems of inequity and aims to create an inclusive and equitable world.
Who You Are
Throughout the interview process, we will take a unique approach with each candidate to assess if you have the ability to foster inclusion and authenticity through your instruction while also engaging all of our scholars to become designers of a more just world. Our ideal candidate will model a consistent growth mindset for our scholars and make space to challenge themselves and their colleagues to interrupt systems of inequity and build equitable alternatives.
